Stock Levels
Track the status of your on hand, available, reserved, and incoming stocks with the stock levels report.
To access this report, go to the 'Stocks' menu > 'Stock Levels':
You can filter your stock levels by product by clicking on 'Quick Search'.
For each product, the following information is displayed:
- On hand stock refers to the quantity physically present in your stock location (warehouse, truck, office, etc.).
- Available stock refers to the quantities in your on-hand stock minus the quantities included in your orders but not yet in the shipping orders, which is referred to as reserved stock.
- Incoming stock refers to the quantity of products included in ongoing purchases, yet to be received.
You can view the same information along with its location in the warehouse by stock location. Simply click on the arrow symbol on the left of the products:
Your Invoicing Software Updates Your Stock Levels
Your inventory will be automatically updated based on the sales made in your invoicing software. Please refer to the 'Integrations / Connectors' page (under the Settings menu) corresponding to your invoicing software for more information on stock updates and available settings.
