You can automatically attribute batch numbers in Stockpit when importing an invoice or an estimate from your invoicing software. This allows you to have a better understanding of your products' traceability.
To do this, you simply have have to turn on a toggle in the settings of your integrated software, regardless of whether it is Sellsy, Pennylane or QuickBooks.
In the settings menu, you then just have to activate the option to automatically attribute batch numbers when an invoice is imported in Stockpit. You can also attribute batch numbers when a sales receipt is imported.
However, this doesn't work retroactively, meaning that batch numbers aren't automatically attributed to past operations. They will only be attributed to future invoices and sales receipts.
